Payment & Refunds
Last updated: 2 September 2026.
How to place an order
- Sign in to the panel at desk.wameup.com and open the “Plan” card.
- Choose a plan (Pro or Max) or the size of a Units package — the price is shown in tenge up front.
- Press the payment button — the bank’s secure payment page opens.
- Enter your card details and confirm the payment with a one-time 3-D Secure code.
- Once the bank confirms the payment, access opens automatically and the result is shown on screen.
Payment methods
Access to WameUp is paid by Visa or Mastercard. After you confirm the chosen plan or a Units package, a secure payment page hosted by JSC Bank CenterCredit opens, where you enter your card details: number, cardholder name, expiry date, and the three-digit security code (CVV2 for Visa, CVC2 for Mastercard). All of these are printed on the card itself.
Cardholder verification uses the 3-D Secure protocol. If the bank that issued your card supports this technology, you will be redirected to its page to enter a one-time confirmation code, usually sent by SMS. If the code doesn't arrive, contact the bank that issued your card.
Online payment follows the rules of Visa International and Mastercard, with encrypted data transmission over secure channels.
Payment security
Card data is accepted and processed by JSC Bank CenterCredit under the PCI DSS security standard. Data reaches the payment gateway over SSL and is transmitted further only over closed banking networks. WameUp never receives or stores your card number, expiry date, or security code — that information is entered only on the bank's page and is accessible solely to the bank and the card networks.
Questions about a payment: info@wameup.com.
If a payment fails
- the card isn't enabled for online payments — check with the bank that issued it;
- insufficient funds on the card;
- card details entered incorrectly;
- the card has expired — the date is printed on the front of the card.
When access opens
- The service is digital: no physical goods are shipped, there is no delivery and no pickup points, and there are no regional restrictions within Kazakhstan.
- A paid plan is activated, or Units are credited, as soon as the bank confirms the payment — usually within a minute. If the bank confirmed the payment and access has not opened within an hour, write to us.
- A paid plan runs for one billing month from the date of payment. Units — both those included in the plan and those bought separately — are valid until the end of that billing month and do not carry over.
Cancelling or changing an order
- Before the payment is confirmed an order is cancelled simply by closing the payment page — no money is taken and the invoice expires automatically after 20 minutes.
- After payment you may stop using the service at any time under the “Refunds” rules below.
- Replacement of goods does not apply — the service is digital. If a paid feature was not provided or the service was unavailable, the refund procedure applies.
Refunds
WameUp provides access to the service under a software-as-a-service (SaaS) model: payment is made in advance for a billing period, and the AI agent's workload is metered in Units. The full payment rules are in the public offer, section 4.
- Units already debited for processed conversations are non-refundable — they reflect the portion of the service actually delivered.
- The unused balance of a paid period is not refunded if the User cancels early: the fee covers access and readiness of the service for the whole period, not individual conversations.
- Exception. If cancellation is caused by WameUp's own failure to perform — for example, the service was unavailable beyond the level stated in the offer, or a feature promised in the plan wasn't delivered — the amount for the period actually not delivered is refunded.
To request a refund on this basis, send a written request to info@wameup.com stating the period, the plan, and the reason. A justified refund is issued to the card used for payment within 10 business days of receiving the request.
For payments processed in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount), write to the same address with a copy of the payment record.
Prices are shown in Kazakhstani tenge and are final: no VAT is charged — WameUp (sole proprietor) is not a VAT payer. We charge no fees on top of the stated amount; your card issuer may charge its own transfer fee.
